CAMERON MACKENZIE | VP Marketing & Strategy

Cameron joined Pilothouse Real Estate in January 2020 and has taken the reins as Head of Marketing and Strategy for everything corporate and project related. He now leads our team of marketers and project managers and with 16 years in the business, he has earned a name for himself at Pilothouse as the “big idea” guy. Most recently and prior to joining Pilothouse, Cameron was Director of Marketing at MLA Canada and before that was the acting National Marketing Director at Bentall Kennedy Residential. Having launched and onboarded over 75 developments between new multi-family projects and purpose-built rentals, Cameron has got your back and prides himself on exceeding client expectations. Whether it’s a new condo tower you are launching or lease-up of a new rental tower, we will be with you every step along the way, from site acquisition to sell-out of your project.

In his spare time, is that a thing he asks, he can be found raising three boys under 6 and hitting the local North Shore mountains with his family.

LAURA EGAN | VP Finance & Operations

As Vice President of Operations at Pilothouse Real Estate, Laura Egan is responsible for Global operations. She brings more than 20 years of experience and leadership, with a focus on developing and delivering financial and operational solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth.

Prior to joining Pilothouse in 2017, Laura held a variety of positions in both operations and finance. Starting out her career in the Credit Union system, she worked her way up from a teller to a corporate branch leader before leaving to join GRP Construction as their Lead Operations Controller. Laura brings a unique skillset to Pilothouse and is dedicated to providing the company and the clients with the highest level of service and accountability.

JOE TAYLOR | VP  Sales & Product Design

As Project Vice President of Sales at Pilothouse Real Estate, Joe is responsible for hiring the best in the biz sales talent and maximizing client revenue. Joe has been in the business for 15 years and worked on more than 25 development projects during that time. As both a Sales Manager on site and now a sales lead in the head office, Joe has the experience to get the job done while exceeding client expectations with proven results.

On his rare days off, Joe can be found in the Squamish Valley searching for fish with his dog Phillip or ski touring up one of the local peaks.

Leah Zrnoh | Marketing Specialist

Playfully dubbed “The Queen of Information” Leah has spent three years making her way through the ranks of Pilothouse from office assistant to Marketing Specialist. With a keen eye for graphics and a passion for cohesive aesthetics she offers a critical eye into project continuity and design. With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Simon Fraser University, Leah offers unique insight into the emotions that drive our decisions. An analytical thinker, she finds satisfaction in bringing creativity and logistics together and has found passion in the dynamic nature of the Real Estate development industry.

At Pilothouse, she is the live in graphics department, IT person, market intelligence, copywriter, and a little bit of everything else. With a history in restaurant management, she’s a natural at meeting new people and knows the importance of managing client expectations, prioritizing decisions, meeting deadlines and pushing to the finish. With a strong voice, love for her wiener dog, and passion for snacks we’re sure you’ll love her as much as we do.

tricia hunt | Project Coordinator

Tricia is a Corporate and Project Coordinator with Pilothouse Real Estate. She has been a part of the team since 2019. After 20 years in the banking industry, she decided to change careers and has been keen on learning Marketing and Real Estate business ever since. We value Tricia’s positive attitude and willingness to learn something new in this ever-growing business. In her spare time, she is enjoying the outdoors with her dog, Dexter or spending quality time with her family.
